Self awareness by definition means “conscious knowledge of one's own character, feelings, motives, and desires”...  By cultivating a greater sense of self awareness you’ll start to understand why you are where you are and how we can work on your mindset and habits to get you to where you want to be. This is POWERFUL work that will FREE you from self sabotage, habits that don’t serve you and disempowered thinking.

Structure is a means of organising your day to align your habits with your goals in a way that suits you.  It gives you a purpose, control and ultimately, accomplishment. Without it, you’ll be going around and around in circles wondering why you’re not progressing or moving in the right direction.
