The purpose of my coaching program is to help guide women in improving their confidence, lifestyle and habits.
No matter the goal, sustainability is my #1 priority in our work together. Just as we celebrate individual differences, every plan I create is crafted and customized to fit your unique needs.
I help my clients simplify Nutrition through a flexible dieting approach and teach them how to eat with balance in mind, so they can make progress-and keep it!
Workout programs are built around whatever equipment is available to you. Whether it be no equipment or a full gym, you will end up with a well-rounded, efficient and results-focused training plan.

Whether you’re a beginner who’s never been on a fitness journey before- or you’re experienced and ready for serious long lasting results. Our goal at SASS is to make sure you feel seen, heard and are taking an approach that suits you, your experience, your preferences and your lifestyle.

You will be assigned Alia or Natalie as your primary coach who you will be in communication with the majority of the time. However, as part of the SASS community you’ll be receiving weekly LIVE trainings from both Alia and Natalie.

While we are not calorie obsessed- we do encourage starting off with calorie counting to help build awareness around your food choices and understand your eating habits.
As you progress through the program we can discuss moving you into a more intuitive eating approach.

This is not a short term, quick fix.
Some clients may lose 0.5-2lbs per week, while others may take a little more time. It really depends on your commitment to the program and how your body responds to our work together. The goal is to feel empowered, strong and celebrate your wins- both mental and physical along the way.
