“Prior to working with Alia I had very little knowledge of macronutrients or how to even properly fuel and move my body. I watched her clients move mountains in terms of their progress from months before ever thinking that I could muster up the courage to start a program like hers. I was stuck in bad habits and fell into a trap of overeating and putting my health on the back burner. As a first time mom of a toddler I didn’t think I’d have time to commit to a program but I was so wrong! ⁣

“Within the first few weeks of working with Alia I felt like a completely different person, she taught me how to be accountable to my goals in a way that made me feel so great when I could accomplish them. I learned how to properly fuel my body, which completely changed the way I grocery shop and now feed my family. I learned how to balance my time enabling me to make my health and fitness a priority again. ⁣

On top of losing weight, I had way more energy and I was seeing progress in all aspects of my life, ie; confidence to workout in front of others, wear a bikini this summer, enjoy time with my son without thinking negatively about my body & overall improvements in my mental health. Not to mention pushing myself to do things I would have never dreamt of doing on my days off, like the grouse grind! ⁣I suffered with a lot of anxiety prior to starting my journey, a lot of which is very well managed now if not gone completely. Working with Alia has positively influenced my life immensely and the tools she’s given me I never thought I could ever have.”
