April’s story

April not only transformed her body - but her mindset and relationship with food as well. ⁣

“I had always had an on & off relationship with fitness and food before I worked with Alia. ⁣I struggled to find the right balance between the two, and when I pushed myself in my fitness, I found myself bingeing. ⁣⁣When I attempted to eat healthy, my motivation would completely disappear. ⁣

“⁣I struggled through severely fluctuating weight and disordered eating because I could not find an appropriate balance. ⁣When I met Alia, i was in an extremely unhealthy and unhappy state; none of my clothes fit properly as I had gained a substantial amount of weight, I had a horrible relationship with food, and my depression had come back full swing.⁣⁣ Fast forward to now— I have been taught me how to properly balance fitness, food, and my life. ⁣⁣

⁣⁣“Alia has demonstrated to me that my fitness journey can be fun and enjoyable, and it doesn’t have to feel like a chore.⁣⁣ I have learned how to nourish my body in a way that doesn’t leave me snacking all day, but leaves me feeling full and satisfied. ⁣⁣

⁣⁣“Alia has helped me repair my relationship with food, moving me away from the bingeing cycle.⁣⁣ Ive learned that I don’t have to cut out my favourite foods in order to make progress, but I can fit them into my macros and enjoy them.⁣ Alia has helped me to combat the mental barriers I faced, and encouraged and helped me to love myself for who I am. ⁣My self confidence has skyrocketed and I feel the best about myself that I have in years.”⁣

I am SO proud to have worked with April for as long as I did. Not only did she completely transform physically, but her self confidence FLOURISHED and she even became a personal trainer herself.
