“Before starting with Alia, I had tried so many things to lose weight.⁣

“⁣I knew it had to be a lifestyle change, but I couldn't figure out a method that I actually could sustain. ⁣When I wouldn't see the progress I was hoping for, I would get frustrated and quit, all while continually gaining pounds instead of losing. ⁣

⁣“Issues with heart disease, bad knees, and water retention are common in my family, and I knew I needed to get control of my health while I was still young or else I would pay for it as I got older. ⁣When the pandemic hit, I decided that I need to take this seriously, so I reached out to Alia. ⁣It was hard at first, I can't lie about that!⁣

⁣“Learning how to break your food down into macros was challenging, and not giving up when my results were slow for the first month or so was probably the most difficult. ⁣

“⁣Thankfully, that's what Alia is there for. She helped me tweak things and encouraged me as I figured out what worked for me... she also pushed me when I wanted to be slack. ⁣⁣This truly has been a real lifestyle change.⁣ I understand what I'm eating now. ⁣Because of this, I can be flexible AND healthy. ⁣That is a game changer for me. ⁣
